My goal is to provide my clients with superior, personalized customer service. To ensure customer satisfaction, I offer specific design packages based upon an average with considerations to the scope of work for the project, while offering competitive, affordable pricing. All design concepts are based upon information gathered from the Job Submittal Information Sheet that can be downloaded and filled out by the client.

Flat Rate Pricing
All Package Prices are based on a flat rate fee for which the client pays an initial non-refundable retainer fee of 25% of the package price. The final payment is not due until the project has been approved by the client. Please refer to the Design Contract for details and specific information.

Publisher's Package
Once approved, the Publisher's Package will be sent to the print shop/service bureau for set up and printing. There are no additional charges for sizing or graphic adjustments that may be needed in order to meet the printer's specifications. The Publishers Package contains a full color proof and the artwork in an electronic format that is sent to, and set up according to printer/publishers specifications.

Rights and Confidentiality
I observe a strict policy of confidentiality for all of my clients. Information for various projects is strictly between the client, those involved in producing the final product and myself. My clients retain all rights to the final project.
